I am sorry, but when I was ill, I clicked on purchase the item, thinking it was the dvd, but a day later when the fever broke, i revisited the site to learn the item was only a magazine photo of the dvd i wanted.  I am sorry.

Contact the seller.

If the item has not yet been paid for, he will not have sent it and may be willing to send you a Mutual Cancellation request. Agree promptly and leave positive feedback.

If he is unwilling, he may serve you with an Unpaid Item Dispute, which may make it harder to bid on eBay since most sellers have Blocks against deadbeats.

If it has been paid for and it on its way, well there's not much you can do about it except work on making into a funny story for your next cocktail party.
