Can you go to the Paypal Account Activity and find the transaction itself? Does it say it has been full or partially refunded?
Depending on how much time has passed and what methods of funds transference your seller used, it might take some time to clear. Like, if the seller had no funds balance in their own account, it would have to be drawn from their bank account which could take up to seven working days.
No matter, DO NOT AGREE to cancel any Open Cases until you see the funds.
