unable to list on eBay Canada with Turbo Lister

I'm trying to create an item template to list my items on eBay Canada. Turbo Lister gives eBay Canada as an option in the drop-down menu in the top-right corner, but when I select it, it blanks out several parts of the template form and won't let me create or save it. I tried creating a new user file but this did not help. Anyone have any idea what the issue might be?

Hello mmmcross,

To correct this issue, we suggest that you remove the eBay.ca version of Turbo Lister from your computer and then re-download it.  To do this, please follow the directions below:

1- Open Turbo Lister and go to Tools->Options->Seller Options->eBay Sites and uncheck the eBay Canada site. 

2- Click Apply and then OK

3- Go back to Tools->Options->Seller Options->eBay Sites and re-check the eBay Canada option

4-Click Apply and then Ok

5- Download the site pack for eBay Canada

This should result in a successful download of that site and allow you to view all aspects of it when creating and editing items in Turbo Lister.
