I ordered a 7 android 4.2 tablet on the 10 of august 2014 and I contact seller and the said day sent it out *I waited over a month and still no tablet and I got back to them again and they said they sent another one out on the 10 0f October 2014 and still no tablet *I have sent them emails and they don't get back to me.* the order number 310664166425 . please help me this is not right some how*they should have paid me back its over 60 dollars that's usd *the first time they got back to me they wanted me to take twinty dollars and I told them I want a full refund not twinty dollars*thank you. * boris*

You got scammed.

EBay and Paypal have an excellent Buyer Protection Program, but there is a deadline of 45 days from date of cleared payment.

That passed long since.

So.

Go to the credit card you really paid with. PP is just the mediator. Phone the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask about a chargeback.

Do not delay.

Cards have longer deadlines but rarely more than 90 days and never more than 120.
