"on eBay" ?

The Canadian government does not care if you buy "stuff' from outside Canada on eBay or through a website or by answering to an advertisement on TV or a magazine.

When the taxable goods come into Canada, are valued at more than Cdn$ 20.00, and assessed taxes (GST/HST/PST) by Canada Customs, a  flat brokerage fee ($9.95) will be payable to Canada Post (in addition to taxes) at time of parcel delivery or pick up at the post office.

Please check the government of Canada webpage on the subject: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/postal-postale/duty-droits-eng.html

Now, if the goods are coming through a courier (UPS, Fed-Ex, etc...), the brokerage fee may be higher, in some instances a lot higher than Canada Post $9.95

Looking at your transactions, most of them seem to be under $20 and, as such, would not be subject to taxes or brokerage fee.

Your post did not mention GSP but if you are looking at a listing from an American seller with a value under $50 and offering Global Shipping Program, hit the back button. That program is generally of no benefit to Canadian buyers for low priced items and should not be used by Americans selling low priced items.
