why is so hard for seller to put detail info about electronic parts. ITEM is Not as described

Went on multiple web sites and most of them not accurately describing item what they selling

Under ebay website most sellers not want to display detailed info about item ,when you ask them thru email they just force you to buy their item without satisfactory answer to your question.

Later on sellers try to send you another item for free or offering some money back.

BUT NEVER ANY OF THOSE THINGS HAPPENED .NO MONEY BACK AND NO REPLACEMENT ITEM WAS SHIPPED.

WE HAVE TO work  ON HONESTY HERE I GUESS or we go somewhere else for fair on line shopping.

No one can force you to buy anything.  If you ask a question of a seller and the seller does not give you a satisfactory response, find a different seller.  Do not buy from someone who is not helpful in the beginning.  They are not going to become more helpful in the end.  

On eBay you have 30 days after that LAST delivery date to file a claim through the Resolution Center.  

If that date has passed, in your PayPal account you have 180 days from when you PAID, using their Resolution Center.  

If you just used a credit card you can call their Customer Service number for a chargeback.  

Any time the seller is no help, do not continue to try to work with that person.  That person will NEVER help you.  Just go straight to the claim.  Once you open a claim the seller has to do something about it.  If a seller does nothing, you can have eBay step in and you will be refunded.  

And as you now know, NEVER accept a promised replacement.  That is almost always a delaying tactic to push you past the claim date.  

EBay is a very fair and safe place to shop.  Start by looking through this page to find out about your BUYER PROTECTION.

Because the seller has no idea what he is selling or how it is used.

If you don't get a useful answer to a question, move on. If you never get a useful answer online, buy locally where you can return a product that doesn't work as promised easily.

You can spend a lot of time and money trying to find something that is cheap and good.
