Can a shipper use different locations to ship their product?

Used a shipper that claims they are shipping from Asia but has tracking number from a country in Europe. Can items be shipped under the same handle but ship from different countries under Global Shipping?

It's simple yet not.

Your listing should state where the ITEM is located, not the seller. What does yours say? Some sellers in China have started to ship from China to another country in Europe and then to Canada so that the item is not flagged as being 'Chinese' and then delayed for Customs inspection which is really just scrutiny for illegal drug smuggling.
