Cancel an order

It seems I orded an item as a guest. Dont ask me why. Now the seller is not shipping my order. I have sent numerous messages to him via return email. The last 3 were for him to cancel my order and refund my PayPal. I have heard nothing from him. I cant seem to contact Ebay directly so I am hoping you can help. My account is listed under user name Frank692 I know covid is effecting some of this, however that is not stopping him from contacting me.

You should have been sent an email when you made the purchase. Was there an estimated delivery date on the email?  There should also be a link on the email that you can use if the item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date.
