Delivery status shows like a delivered , but I did not get the item. What to do in my case?

I have made my order. Saller shipped it to me at 29.05.18 .  At 07.06.18 status of the item was changed to DELIVERED, but I did not get the item.

I have even did not got the message from my post that I have a parcel.

This is the track number that I got from the seller

Aramex tracking #31384545861

USPS tracking #9410816902056485705765

Global tracking #UPAAA000000272494801

Feel free to ask

Thanks

It looks like a signature wasn't required.

All the "Delivered" status means is that the mailman stuck it in a mailbox that he thought was your address.

I've had my mailman quite happily deliver a few items of mine to nearby addresses (usually with similar street number digits, I think he's dyslexic) and mark them on his little handheld gizmo as "Delivered."

Fortunately, the neighbours have brought them over to my place, and I've twice had to take some items for my neighbours over to their places when he delivered them to me by mistake.

You'll have to declare the item as not received, and then follow up to see if the delivery company can find out where it actually was left.

According to the website for Pitney Bowes it shows your package was delivered on June 7th. You may want to call the local number attached on Monday to confirm.

Where are you?  Ah. Israel.

This is the eBay Canada Board, and usually Global Shipping Program items are delivered here by Canada Post or occasionally by CanPar.

Aramex.com appears to operate on the Arabian Peninsula.

The GSP is only available to sellers in the USA or the UK.

It looks like your item went from a US seller to the GSP plant in Kentucky.

After that the seller's responsibility for delivery ends. (The GSP is a Seller Protection Program and has little value for buyers.)

The UPA number is the important one-- but generally parcels shipped by GSP are more likely to arrive with no delays in customs (since they clear customs while still in the USA) and PitneyBowes, which runs the program for eBay, chooses reliable subcontractors.

Is it possible for you to contact Aramex to ask them about the parcel?

You will have to persevere and find an agent with whom to speak.

Just to be clear, the delivery was not done by the Israeli Post Office, but by a private courier.

OP I would suggest opening a Dispute with eBay, stating that the delivery was made through the GSP and asking to be forwarded to a GSP specialist.

The problem is that the specialist will see the that the shipment shows as delivered.

If it had been delivered, and was unsatisfactory, you could Dispute the transaction as Not As Described. Generally, the GSP refunds on those without requiring a return for refund.

Too bad you didn't get a badly described item. It would be so much easier.
