This is the worst experience I have with online orders. I bought a battery from seller in September. The item never came and he does not reply any of my messages, so of course I have not received refund yet, probably never. I never had any issue so never had to open a case. I was not aware of the 45 day limit to open a case. So ebay resolution center is not helping me in this situation because it has passed 45 days. I'm losing this money, and feel so frustrated when the seller just ignored my messages. I hope I can get this message out there so people are aware of this seller. I don't think he is trustworthy seller to do business with. Stay away from seller!!!
