Ebay Has Slowed to a Crawl...What To Do?

Browsing  the Ebay website the past month or so has been agonizingly slow...to the point where I've basically given up looking. One single page can take minutes to download...time enough to put on coffee and drink it...providing the page doesn't freeze up and you have to restart the browser. It even lags during the bidding process! I can't snipe anymore. I know it's not just me. I've tried different browsers on different computers at different locations. Any suggestions on speeding this up...or I'm going to eliminate Ebay from ever appearing on my computer again, lol....

The main culprit is the annoying ads that plague all of eBay's pages. Your best bet (and what has worked for many users) is to install an ad blocker for your browser. The one I use, and that is quite popular, is AdBlock Plus. Completely free and makes a major difference.
