Hi. I called eBay 2 days ago (Jul. 30th) to complain about a bad seller who owes me money. An eBay worker told me that she would issue a coupon to me as a compensation, that it’d take 2 days and that I’d receive an e-mail confirming this. Now it’s Thursday and I didn’t receive any e-mail or coupon. Where do I even find the coupon on the website? There’s nothing under “My eBay” or “Summary”. Do I need to wait longer? It shouldn’t take so long to issue a coupon (only $8.96). Do I have to call eBay again about this? Please help. Thank you so much.
