Item arrived late, seller had refunded me already, I want to pay for item

However, seller never sent me any direct communication, so I don't have their email to use Paypal.

Everything was done through eBay (I'm new at this, had I waited another week I wouldn't be in this predicament).

All I have is the sellers handle on eBay, but I can't find a way to send money with only that information.

Please help, I'd hate keeping the money.
