LVNKEP tracking?

I bought an item (unfortunately) through the Global Shipping Program, got 3 different tracking numbers. I went to intelcom because I saw another post that said the most recent type of tracking number (LVNKEB) was correlated with them. I typed my LVNKEB tracking # and it said the number could not be found in their system. Anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks

LVNKEP tracking?

When you enter the original PB tracking number at Pitney Bowes site (I think it starts with UPA??) does it show you more information?     https://parceltracking.pb.com/

I found with Intelcom that the LVNKEB tracking number only went live when the order was out for delivery.

LVNKEP tracking?

I’m having the same issue. When I try to check through Pitney&Bowes with the UPA tracking, and click on the “track with courier” link, it takes me to purolator but then purolator says that my “LPKEN” tracking number isn’t found. Any additional info would be great because I’m freaking out over here 😭

See if either the tracker or the advice on this page are of any help:

Stop trying to track anything.

It won't move faster. It isn't any more secure.

It's a Seller Protection and nothing helpful for the buyer.

You have a window for delivery from eBay.

That is your Buyer Protection.

If the item arrives after that window closes you can open a Not Delivered dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page. Ask that the dispute be given to a GSP Specialist.

If the GSP cannot show delivery, and they are allowed a couple of days for this, you will be refunded.

That is your BUYER PROTECTION. Not tracking.

If the carrier cannot deliver to your address (not home /no secure spot) you will get a Notice telling you where and when you can pick up the shipment. Usually it is the next day, at the local postal outlet.

And if the item turns up after you have been refunded, GSP does not want it or the refund back. Their cost is covered by their commercial insurance. It's yours to dispose of as you will.

Responsible buyers track the item they paid for. Buyer protection does not reimburse for time wasted and the stress that comes with it. Items that people paid hard earned money for.

They also need to know when the item will arrive so that they are home and the package isn't stolen off the front steps.

I've been waiting a month for some items. do you think people want to wait another month for something they really need? Wait the whole summer for something they cant use in the winter?

Thats like having a stillborn baby and the doctor saying, "oh just have another one, next!"

I have the same issue as the OP. Tracking that doesnt work

Most of the stress from watching tracking comes from watching tracking.

do you think people want to wait another month for something they really need?

Put the expected arrival window on your calendar and don't worry about it until then.

Watching doesn't help.

If it has not arrived by the last date, go to the Resolution Centre and get a refund.

And if you really need it, buy it locally.

and the package isn't stolen off the front steps.

Canada Post has a free service for those who do not have a secure place for carriers to leave parcels.

Thank you for sharing this! I have a GSP parcel  that cleared Customs last week and hasn't moved further. At least the tracking number is now showing up at Intelcom's site. (Not a fan of them at all based on an Amazon delivery, so ideally this transaction goes smooth.)

Is it overdue according to the delivery window eBay gave you when you bought?

If it is, open a Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page. Be sure to state that this was shipped by the GSP system.

If GSP can't prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

And when the delayed package arrives, GSP doesn't want it back. It's yours.

If it isn't mark the last delivery date on your calendar and relax until then. Nothing you do will make it move faster.

What part of the GSP charges are they grabbing?

The GSP charge is made up of applicable duty on purchases valued over $140 Cdn( ~$106.40 USD). That goes to Revenue Canada.

Canadian sales taxes (GST/ PST/ HST) on purchases valued over $40Cdn (~$30.40USD)That goes to Revenue Canada.

And an ~$5USD service charge.

If your seller had mailed to you directly your charges (at your doorstep or the PO counter) would be applicable duty on purchases valued over $140 Cdn( ~$106.40 USD).That goes to Revenue Canada.

Canadian sales taxes (GST/ PST/ HST) on purchases valued over $40Cdn (~$30.40USD)That goes to Revenue Canada.

And a ~$9.95Cdn service charge. That goes to Revenue Canada.

It is not known if Pitney Bowes are paid to run the GSP for eBay or if PB pays eBay for the opportunity to run the GSP.

And the Global Shipping Program is a Seller Protection program introduced to encourage xenophobic and paranoid Americans to sell internationally. It has been introduced in the UK where it is popular with xenophobic and paranoid British sellers.

It has no interest in being useful to buyers.

"It has no interest in being useful to buyers." If what you say before is true, it is. People outside the US can now buy stuff from xenophobic and paranoid Americans! 😉
