A lot of us sell only in US dollars becauase that is where the vast majority of our sales come from. US buyers like to see even numbers like $25.00 even  - the Canadian converted price may be $31.47 and that tends to confuse them.

Plus many of my US buyers do no even realize that they have purchased an item from Canada as the price is in US funds.

If the seller listed on the dotCOM site, their prices will be in USD, no matter where the seller is located or registered.

And many worldwide do, since the US is the largest single economy in the world.

If you are looking at a listing on dotCA which the seller originally listed in USD, you will see the price in both USD and in loonies.

Note that whatever currency you are billed in, and whatever currency you pay in, the seller will be paid in the currency of the site they listed on.

And there will be currency exchange which might work in your favour or might not.

You need to sign in on the eBay.ca (not eBay.com) website. Additionally, you need to have a Canadian address added to your account. If you do both of those things, eBay's website will convert all listings to Canadian dollars. You will also see any shipping and import fees.

People sell from all over the world. They usually list in the currency of the country they live in. Some sellers might also list in different currencies for various other reasons that aren't relevant to a buyer. The only relevant thing is that if you use the ebay.ca website - it should solve your problem of not seeing listings in CAD.
