SNAD return question

I need to return an item due to undisclosed damage. I have already contacted the seller. Do I have to open a SNAD case, or can the seller initiate the return and send me a shipping label?

SNAD return question

The seller can initiate the return and send a label.

This is actually better for the service since Disputes are noted on the seller's account, even if they are satisfactorily resolved.

 

Keep in mind , you have only 30 days from delivery to open a Dispute.

Note that date on your calendar, and if the return lablel (or return shipping) has not arrived by then, open the Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

The seller will then be required to refund you.

SNAD return question

Thanks for the reply. I had to open the SNAD. The seller was only offering to refund me on the honour system for the item and shipping once I mailed it back. Essentially wanting me to void my MBG.
