The seller sent a damaged item and I opened a case l, ebay said he will accept refund but can’t provide return label. I have contacted him several times for the shipping cost as it is his responsibility but no response. I have only 3 more days till case closes, what do I do?
You can contact customer service on Twitter or Facebook by sending a private message explaining that the seller has accepted the return but is refusing to pay for the return label. In the message give them your ebay email address and the case number. If the seller is international they may give them a few more days to send the label and if they don't, they will force the seller to refund without a return.
