No.

There is no reason for a buyer to wait more than a month and a half for his purchase.

All the seller has to do is to use Air Mail shipping. It costs a little more, but is still heavily subsidized by China Post.

In addition, many of those 'slow' items were never sent at all. For this reason, a buyer should never agree to accept a 'replacement' for an undelivered item. This is a relatively new scam, where the seller doesn't ship anything, hoping that the buyer will forget the purchase after a month or more, and will not have time to open a Dispute when the 'replacement' which is never sent either does not appear.

If you want your stuff from overseas, only buy from sellers who use Air Mail. It is cheaper to pay for air mail service and get the item you paid for than to wait for the cheaper item that you never get.
