First time buying something off Ebay. I tracked my item and it's estimated to be deliver here in September 4th and it's still not here! Is it normal that it's that late?

You have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open a ebay claim so I would suggest that you do that by going to the resolution Center at the bottom of the page and file an item not received claim.  

Or, you could go to your purchase history and contact the seller first.  If they offer to send you another one, it’s usually best to insist on a refund and then purchase the item again.  Otherwise, your claim time could run out.
