Tracking Location Changes Every Few Days Within Canada

So I've seen behavior like this one sites like DHL, where paperwork is processed in one country although the item is in route to the destination.

But this is weird. It's like they can't decide where the package actually is:

Perhaps it’s the location of where the scan data was processed?

The length of time that item has spent en route in Canada is pretty weird, though. What’s the estimated delivery date?

Singapore - July 29

Canada (Richmond) - August 5

Burnaby Aug 6

Richmond- Aug 8

Montreal- Aug 10

From Aug 12-Aug 15 - Richmond.

Burnaby and Richmond are  about 20km apart.

Where are you?

What is the last estimated date for delivery?

There may be a customs clearance problem. Are you sure your purchase can legally be imported?
