Why is this feedback denied?

hi, can you help me? I want to leave this neutral feedback for an item I bought: 'Had to wash it prior to use it because of a very strong chemical odor' but the system keeps refusing it, claiming 'Your Feedback comment contains prohibited words or Web addresses. Please revise your comment.'

What's wrong with my sentence?

Maybe it is just me but why do so many people buy from someone with so many negative feedbacks?
