cannot request a refund

I didn't receive the product and tried to open a refund case. It said 'something went wrong' and told me to start over. I attempted several times but it reminded the same. How can I contact ebay besides telephone? thank you

What was the last estimated delivery date? You can't open a claim until the day after that date.

Try a different browser (or your current browser in privacy mode).  eBay software can sometimes have display problems that are browser/cookie/popup related.
