I am on 7 here no product key or cd  for it I was told if I got 7 already how will the cd and sticker not work??? thanks I have been saving some stuff to my list to watching seller said it wont work its not an up grade I am not up grading I am trying to buy a cd with product key thanks

I am not sure I understand the question. Is this a query you need to pose directly to the seller who sold you the item?

 I'm guessing 7 refers to some version of Windows 7.

You have this on a machine, but have no product key or CD.

Not sure what you want to buy: Windows 7 with product key or a later version of Windows with product key?

Buy from a Microsoft endorsed dealer.
That way you can be assured you are receiving a valid activation key.
Don't say I didn't warn you!

Have you posed it to the seller who sent it to you? 

Are you looking for advice ahead of a potential purchase?

Or are you trying to trouble-shoot a problem afterwards?
