on June 10 I win the bid after a pace my money the seller cancel my order right away and reposted again in different price is so careless and perfunctory once people win the bid and cannot get what they win it really affect the atmosphere in eBay and the buyer and the most important thing is after the seller cancel the order form my bid I can't leave any feedback. so that's why the seller still has 100% positive feedback instead. hoping eBay can have some further action can protect the buy and take some of the recommendations thanks

If you did not, did the seller open an Unpaid Item Dispute?

He can do this after 48 hours.

If you lose a Dispute you cannot leave feedback.

The seller cancelled the purchase.
