You can't.

By going into your purchase history and clicking on the archive button you can see your purchases going back three years however this does not include photos.

You should always open a dispute within 45 days if you have not received a purchase or an item is defective or not as described.

Never wait more than 45 days actually I would never wait more than 40 days.
