I bought an Item and I never recieved it , It is marked as sent and Ebay closed my case What do I do

The Item is worth 500$ Cad and I have waited over a month to get the item. It is apparently from spain. I never recieved any tracking info. I never got the item. I cannot ask for support since my case wase closed for the refund. I am currently lost on what I need to do to get a refund, I got scammed....

The item is: LEGO Star Wars Death Star 2016 (75,159)

Start with Paypal because PP will not consider a Dispute if you have already done one through your credit card.

The PP Resolution Centre link is on the original invoice near the bottom.

You have 180 days from payment to Dispute.

If that doesn't work, then go to the credit card. Card policies differ but most also have 180 days for chargebacks.

Did you pay with PayPal? If so, you have 180 days from date of payment to open a case.

If you paid by credit card, check to see if they allow claims for purchases that were not received.  The amount of protection varies between credit cards.

ebay's protection for non-arrival is for the 30 days after estimated arrival date. When should it have arrived?
