I have won the bid on 2 headlights and paid immediately for the item, the transaction was completed through PayPal, the 2nd Day the seller contacted me stating that the 2 headlights will be shipped and thanked for the business. on the 4th day he send me an email stating that he can not find them and that he will be asking his wife if she knows where they are. I responded back stating that I need to know ASAP to plan my steps afterwards but he did not respond yet. I checked on eBay for the same listing it turned out that another member has the same item with the same picture listed. I am not sure how to act, any help is appreciated, Thanks
