If you know a seller's ID, how do you find them?

This seems so simple and basic but does not appear to be obvious or easy to get answers. This process itself does not appear to be user friendly in itself.

Hi @smokinstuff - normally the process that @femmefan1946 gave is the most reliable one. However, there's currently an issue with the advanced search option so that one isn't likely to work right now.

Instead, if you input this url: https://www.ebay.ca/usr/USERID  where you fill in the member's user id in that section, it will take you right to the member's profile.

For example, the profile page for Femmefan is https://www.ebay.ca/usr/femmefan1946 .

From the profile page you can find their listings for sale. 🙂

Normally, to search for a seller's items: using a desktop browser, go to Advanced search using the link to the right of the search button, then to the "Search by Seller" section to search using the seller's username.

At the moment there appears to be a problem with the Advanced Search page, however.

You may be able to search on ebay.com instead of ebay.ca.

If you are using the eBay app, you can search for a particular seller's items by entering this into the search field:

seller:smokinstuff

substituting the seller's username for your own.

Go to Advanced Search on the right side of the Search bar on most eBay pages. (Home works best)

Choose By Seller on the left side.

Scroll down to Sellers -> Only Show Items From->  enter ID.

Aaaannd-> I got an error page.

Poot.

You can also use advanced search on the .com site.  That seem to work better right now.
