I purchased a Ballast Controller thru ebay from SHFT GLOBAL which I wish to return BUT it does not appear as an item purchased?

There is a ResolutionCentre on PP as well, and they offer very strong Buyer Protection.

The RC is on the right side of your transaction page.

Go to Report a Problem, find the problematic payment, and continue.
