The only thing I can think of is if there is any sort of phone number on the card anywhere, - you can try calling it with your situation and they may be able to assist in some way. Or maybe try an online search for the card name or type, plus "lost activation number" or something like that. Maybe there are others with the same problem who will have a 1-800 number posted or a way to access the code, . . . You never know.
