You pay what it says in the listing's shipping tab when you are logged in to http://www.ebay.ca/
If there is no shipping fee stated, look to see if the seller ships to Canada. If yes, ask how much they charge to mail it to Canada. If no, find another seller.
A seller anywhere in the world is not allowed to show one shipping fee and then charge more after you buy or win the auction. Just make sure you are always on the Canadian eBay.
