Hi,
I was in an auction that ended today. I had bid on the item but was waiting until the last minutes of the auction to put my last and final bid in. There was about 10 mins left in the auction when the listing just disappeared. I could still see it and the time dwindling down when I went to view seller's items but when I clicked on it ,it was not available.
I sent a message to the seller who hasn't replied and then called E Bay customer support. The rep informed me that the seller probably accepted a price offered by a member and just took the listing off. She didn't seem to think it was a big deal but I feel that
E Bay should be following up and taking punitive action against sellers who do this.
Am I wrong????
