I come from Canada, I'm just wondering if it's possible for me to buy lighters or other similar items from other country? just wondering for the boarder, don't want to have any problems

Lighters?  As in filled with lighter fluid?  You might find those are on Canada Post's no-no list:

I'm sure lots of people do it but if your lighters or other similarly flammable items get stopped at the border you won't get your item or your money back and you'll have no one to blame but yourself.

I have bought and sold many lighters and have shipped worldwide no problemo,just as long as the lighter contains no fluid and i always remove the flint just to be safe,all collectors know this

should be no problem,i have bought and sold many as long as there is no fluid or flint no problems hundreds are shipped daily all sellers and buyer are aware of proper proceedurs for this type of item,i usually write on the manifest that the item contains no flint or flamable liquid,customs has no problems with this if done rite

My brother has bought lighters many times from ebay and has received them no problem. [I'm from Mississauga]
