paid for item still owe taxes how do I send payment

Hi nigghts.. If its a small amount and to avoid a hassle and delay ..use send money. Need the seller's PayPal email address and can find in "details" of the payment you did send in PayPal activity/history.

 

Choose goods or services as reason and include the item # in note.(not ebay item)

Usually the seller will have to refund your original payment and then send an invoice for the new updated total for you to pay.  Or you can use the 'send money' link from your paypal account if you have one, but the downside to that is if you ever had to file a claim, you would not get that tax money back if you just 'send'.  So only 'send money' if you know your seller.  Some sellers are so honest and decent you could mail them cash and they would never steal from you, but not all.  If you owe taxes, the safest thing to do is have the seller refund you, and then you rebuy the item on the second (tax included) invoice.
