Anyone else noticed glitches glaore with EAG-

1.buyer can pay because I wont ship to his SC/USA address from Ebay.com acount based in FL

Ebay Troy says it is buyers address Ebay Jay says buyers address is a problem

Ebay tells buyer that I WONT SHIP TO HIS NC ADDRESS - Really???

Sorry but I'm not sure what EAG, eBay Troy or EBay Jay are.  If you could explain, it might be possible to help with your problem.  Is the US buyer seeing on the calculator that you won't ship to their address?  If so, which listing?

The buyer is overseas, but uses a freight forwarder in (Doral?) Florida?

EBay accepts US-based freight forwarders as acceptable addresses, even if the seller does not ship internationally.

Freight forwarders are the second most secure addresses available after postal mail boxes.

You can ship to any freight forwarder and be protected by eBay against fraudulent claims.

• When the forwarder accepts the package, your responsibility for delivery ends.
• Most forwarders also deal with any customs and sales taxes in the buyer's country, so the 'customs hold' scam cannot work
• Items that are Not As Described are still covered by theMBG, but the seller only has to provide return shipping from the forwarder's address in the USA. US shipping labels can be purchased through Shippo.

The phone reps do not work for eBay but for a subcontractor in Utah.
