eBay site glitching

Wondering if it's just me or is the eBay site having issues? I can't leave feedback or use the filter feature on sellers pages. Feedback allows me to fill out the page, but there's no way to submit it. There use to be a submit button. I uninstalled and reinstalled the eBay app, and it didn't help. I tried on the web instead of the app, same thing. So I'm guessing either they know about it or are upgrading something?

I haven't had any issues with feedback tonight (with 2 different browsers), but the filtering on stores is definitely broken still.

Had no issues with leaving feedback last evening...I do not have an eBay store and I do not use a mobile device for accessing eBay- use a PC>desktop computer only and Firefox is my go-to browser...

Well I said "Get ready for another of those eBay site upgrades and unannounced `makeovers` to enhance user engagement (sarcasm)".

It is bugs, many bugs and it has been going on for days...

And, seems to be spreading to other parts of the site, a few posts this AM about issues.

Feedback is voluntary and a relic of the 20th century internet.

It's nice but irrelevant to the sale.
