To summarize.

What is not included with eBay labels:

An invoice with break down of charges including tax(s), fuel surcharge, added option(signature) & applied discount
Option to pay for postage using a secondary method
All available options that CP provides at the counter including services and add ons
A fully functional postage calculator
A procedure for generating a CP claim for lost, late or damaged shipments. eBay technically owns the account (s)
Options to add an email addy when required for customs
Phone number field is missing for Canadian parcels
No notes section that prints to label for special handling
No option to choose between return or destroy for refused parcels.
Missing a proper field for VAT information vs the current use of address line that CAN corrupt delivery when that line does not display. (Recently discovered this for a UK address and it was confirmed by buyer as a requirement.)
label does not show actual original weight when cubing is applicable. (This information is hit or miss with most couriers.)
There is no revised detailed invoice for shipments that have been audited. Would be helpful for knowing what a user has done wrong. Just a charge that shows up when a shipment has been audited.
Refund procedure for Voids is 21 days vs standard 7 to 10 days.
Option to choose which services you would like to use discounted rates. Currently it is CP/UPS/Fedex. All or none of above.
Option to add more than 100.00 insurance when it is required.
Option is missing for Shipping Tubes. Available with CP and Shippo

Note 1: IF you add a UR tracking number vs the generic non trackable UR number eBay gives the buyer the impression that the shipment departed in 2 shipments. There is no over ride. Same thing happens if you void a label. It ties the 2 tracking numbers together with the voided label never arriving.

Note 2: If you print the current display for a shipment under the eBay labels tab the default is now "8" copies. (It was 4.) You have to remember to update before hitting print

Note 3: If you manually enter tracking number or edit after your handling time the system automatically believes shipment was created late even if it wasn't.

Note 4: eBay label help page mentions the following.

Enter the package details, such as type, weight, and dimensions.
Choose your mailing date from the Ship on dropdown menu.
Select your preferred shipping service, and choose any additional services you want to add such as insurance (fees may apply for these).
