I have requested several times a new invoice that includes shipping costs to Canada and have not yet received an answer.

Maybe they dont ship to canada?Should still contact you,.Ebay usually sends an invoice to the buyer,

Look at the listing.

Above the description there is a tab called Shipping.

Click on it.

Does the seller ship to Canada? The 'destination' box is a drop down.

 

If he doesn't, use Contact Seller to ask for a cancellation. This is useful to have on the record if he goes for an Unpaid Item Dispute which makes it more difficult to bid in future.

You want either 'buyer changed mind' or 'unwanted buyer'. Yes, I know, but there are a limited number of choices and these do you the least harm.

 

If there is a shipping price to Canada, can you enter it on the invoice? Do NOT hit Recalculate (trust me on this).

Did the listing state shipping to Canada?

 

"new invoice"?

What is the shipping description and cost on the invoice you did receive?
