The time to ask questions if BEFORE bidding but if you go to the seller's feedback page (by clicking on the FB number beside her name) on the right side you will see a link called Contact Seller.
If you have the transaction number that will help, especially if the seller has a high FB number, which often indicates a busy store with many transactions and employees.
You can also contact the seller through your Paypal account where you will see her email address, which is also her PP account name, but I would suggest going through eBay which is where the transaction took place.
If it has been shipped it will take between 20 days (North American seller ) and 30 days (Asian seller) to arrive.
If it takes longer, come back and ask for more specific advice.
