you need to send this question to your seller, they can help you more than we can..
be sure to open an item not received as soon as you are allowed to.. I haven't ever heard of Asian shipping by boat.. I am sure it is possible, but they have such cheap shipping, that i would think everything would be airmail.
And if you do have to open a item not received case, do not accept an offer for them to reship your item,, Take the refund and buy it elsewhere..
Which translates to 7 business days.
Check your eBay 'Order details' or 'Purchase history' page.
When are they supposed to arrive?
Before the slowed shipping due to pandemic problems:
From USA or Canada around 21 days from acceptance at the post office.
From Europe about 20-25 days, but often sooner since Europeans tend to use Air Mail.
From Asia or Australasia, about 30 days.
If the seller used Surface Mail, which Asian sellers offering cheap goods and free shipping normally do, up to three months.
EBay gave you a last estimated date for delivery. Mark that on your calendar.
If the purchase has not arrived by then, you have 30 days to file a Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and get a refund.
