If those items are being shipped with the global shipping program the transaction is split into the parts. The seller receives the amount paid for the items and the domestic portion of the shipping cost. Pitney Bowes receives the international shipping portion and the import fees. The total paid should be the same as what was shown on the listing but has been paid to two parties.
