Business sellers who regularly list in coins, paper money and bullion categories are being notified to register in phases to have eBay manage their payments. If you've received a notification to register, we recommend you do so by the deadline indicated in the email you received. Once your account has been activated and eBay is managing your payments, your existing listings will be automatically updated with the new ways buyers can pay, and you may create new listings in these categories.
Sellers whose payments are managed by eBay, and only occasionally list in coins, paper money and bullion will be able to list in these categories between February 23 and March 9.
