Is there some kind of cut-off amount or rule as to when ebay takes the money from your bank account versus just waits to see if you sell something to take the money from future sales?
When I get the upcoming charge notice every month - (I'm guessing its from extras that I bought for a sale like 'promoted listing fee' or 'bold lisitng' or whatever small fee they don't take right away when the item is listed, but can only charge after if the item didnt sell) - the charge never goes through, even though it says the money is going to come out in three days.
The only 2 times ebay DID try to take the money was when I lost a case and owed over 200
