Appeals

Hello

On April 28th I sent a sportscard worth $275.00  (shipping included) to a buyer in the U.S. At that time there were huge delays with anything going stateside as it went MIA in Chicago. The buyer claimed no delivery and was granted the refund. I appealed to Ebay officially on June 2nd. They responded with "we will get you an answer shortly"...that answer never arrived. On June 4th, package was delivered and now I cannot get in touch with Ebay, when I go to the case they claim it closed.

Am I beat or is there anyone out there that can guide me to how about going to EBAY, telling them what happened, explain I received no response on my appeal....can anyone help????

Have you tried Help and Contact at the bottom of this page?

Use the Chat rather than the phone message, because it gives you a record of what was was said instead of what you think was said.

There are also good reports of the Facebook and Twitter staff, who don't seem to have burned out yet.

You can contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, they can help.  However only contact them if you are selling legitimately such as reportable income.
