Head's up for sellers who might list on ebay.com, an auction-style promo. I was invited on my buyer ID from which I don't sell anything and have a very low feedback count.

By invitation only.

Meh.
EBay is pretty well the only online auction site left, since the market has moved on to Fixed Price purchases which are faster and easier.
I believe it is part of the 'professionalization' of online shopping.
At one time, online shopping was an exciting new game. Now it is Tuesday.
EBay is trying to brand itself a little differently from other (newer? flashier?) sites by promoting auctions.
And they choose naive buyers or newbies to promote the idea to.
I might use one or two of them, if I were offered. But really, I sell faster and cleaner with Fixed Price.

Yup, yup, and... yup.

Don't non-store subscribers get 50 free auctions per month anyway? This would be a bonus 50 midway through the month, I think. Anyway, I do agree it's not much of a Big Whoop but there is no end of sellers disappointed by the lack of listing promos lately so I thought I'd share news of this one.

Errr--- what's that icon on your post?
You may have some out of date code. Double check your listings if you use it there.
