Buyer Protection rolled back to 30 days??

Am I wrong, did we sellers not  get forced to allow buyers 90 on returns. I was just checking around and looked at a purchase I made earlier and clicked on it and got this message,

"Unfortunately, your purchase is no longer eligible for the eBay Money Back Guarantee since 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date of the item but we encourage you to contact the seller to work things out. Most sellers want their buyers to be satisfied and will work with you."

As a seller I am all in if we went back to 30 days. Anyone have clarification on this. Did I not get the memo?

eBay Money Back Guarantee is 30 days, never was 90 days. Before eBay Money Back Guarantee, it was 45 days after payment date. Again no 90 days. Completed listings are kept on ebay for 90 days.

Current time to file a claim on ebay is 30 days after the latest delivery estimate date or 45 days if no date available.

No idea where you got 90 days from.

PayPal Buyer Protect is 180 days for INR and SNAD claims.

My understanding of the time periods and dates and such. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
