CAN'T RESPOND TO MSG. THROUGH RESOLUTION CENTRE

Maybe Tyler can look into this: I have been trying to respond to a message through the resolution centre since 2:38am EST to no avail. The "SEND" button isn't even highlighted.

If I phone ebay they consider it asking them to step in, find for the buyer, case closed all in one swoop. Learned from that past mistake.

I have responded through ebay msg. system but is that going to count as responding? Please fix and don't hold against me ....

I was able to respond through the resolution centre 3/16 & 3/17 but today "SEND" button not working

Hi @izzame - can you let me know a bit more about what's happening? If you could get me a screenshot I'd appreciate it!

When I attempt to test this from Chrome I get the 'Send' button to appear the way you'd expect it to.
