Canada Post memo warns of slow shipments to U.S. over trade dispute

More scrutiny over the border on things going into the U.S.  Memo was not shown (that i could see) on Canada Post's website, but it was shown to me at a post office outlet.  If Americans are wondering why packages are taking longer, this could be the reason.

We've discussed this for a month. What was the date on the memo you saw? 

Also, I don't think any of us have seen evidence to support it. All my outbounds shipments destined to the USAs are arriving ahead of schedule, and the slow ones are arriving on time.
