Checking on Store FVF Fees chart

I have been poking around giving a store some consideration.  I would appreciate input on if I am interpreting the chart below correctly.

TV, Video & Home Audio has a lot of sub-categories, so if I am reading this correctly the only sub-categories that 9.15% apply to are the "TV, Video & Audio Accessories" and "TV, Video & Audio Parts" and the sub-categories that are under those 2.  Otherwise all other TV, Video & Home Audio categories are 6.15%.  

Most Consumer Electronics categories, except:	6.15%
Multipurpose Batteries & Power Portable Audio & Headphones > Portable Audio Accessories TV, Video & Home Audio: TV, Video & Audio Accessories TV, Video & Audio Parts Vehicle Electronics & GPS: Car Electronics Accessories GPS Accessories & Tracking Virtual Reality: Cases, Covers & Skins Parts Other Virtual Reality Accs	9.15%

Alos would appreciate input if there is any issue or impact with setting up a store through Ebay.ca and selling on .com.   The monthly store fees on .ca are in CDN funds so how does payment work?  Is it taken from the MP balance, converted from US$ or is that a separate invoice that you pay in CDN$.
