For those of you that use ChitChats, what tracking number do you enter in ebay?

Chitchats provides a link to their internal tracking (I'm guessing that's for the seller), but they also provide a tracking number that goes to the Canada Post website, but its not recognized.

What should I enter?

Shipping to Canada or shipping to the USA?

Both.

I entered the USPS and CP tracking numbers. It's fine for USPS because they usually get it to the US from my dropoff location within a day or two. BUT the CP tracking number for my Toronto shipments will take a week on average, I suspect. This weeks are still not showing up and they were dropped off 5 business days ago.

Is there an option to list "ChitChats " as the shipper so I can put their tracking number? Or is there a place to put the tracking link? Will customers complain about sellers using 3rd party shippers if you reveal this info?

I'm worried about only putting the carrier tracking because it appears i shipped everything a week late!!!

And now I'm worried about my seller performance being affected!!!

What is the best tracking to use?
